Finally and at long last I had time to get my hair cut. I can’t even remember the last time I had a trim! I manage to have my bangs trimmed all the time, but never the rest. I was so long overdue. Bye bye to an inch! It was a casual evening at mum and dads. Newsflash… even I dress down sometimes! Dressing down requires cute items too though. Jewelry with a neon pop to match the skull on my tank top. Havaianas are the perfect summer casual flip flop. They last forever and they’re nice and soft. I have a rainbow of them!

Sea of Skulls

I’m not sure why I like this trend. It’s actually kind of morbid! Maybe I’m just channeling McQueen? Somehow these dead heads have managed to become “cute” when they appear in pretty pastel colours. I mixed two patterns to create a flowing sea of skulls. Coated jeans are another obsession of mine. I don’t even care that it’s supposed to be spring. They’re just so cool!

Cobalt Rain

It’s unbelievable. More depressing, soaking rain. Lubi, my chihuahua, doesn’t like the rain either. It’s not good for the wardrobe or for our barbecuing! We had to cook our burgers on the stove. I never use my stove! Newsflash — I’m domestically challenged! Oh well, life goes on as I stare out the window wishing the rain would finally cease.

Mint Chocolate “Chip”

I finally found a way to incorporate mint into my outfit without it being near my face! Combining mint with my olive complexion would just not be a good thing. I found these shiny, mint coloured jeans today and fell in love! Many of you also know that I’m obsessed with boots so this spring boot trend is making me unbelievably happy! I also currently seem to be obsessed with studs. I managed to get a lot of obsessions into this outfit!
