I Gave In

I swore I would never wear Birkenstocks. They’re hippie shoes. I’m not a hippie. I lied! I kept seeing them on people and thinking — not gonna happen! Well… it happened. It actually happened more than once, as you’ll soon see, but these are the first ones I’m sharing with all of you. Of course I had to be just a little bit different. I went for the shiny black patent ones. They were actually really hard to find, especially in my little size! The rest of the outfit is from Zara. I can’t believe I was so slow getting on that wagon. Figures that the only store remotely near me is now closed for renovations for about 3 months. Now what?
